Yes lymph nodes are present even in abdomen but usually seen by scans not visible by naked eyes. Enlarged lymph nodes can be sign of infection there are other causes as well Usually abdominal lymph nodes are considered enlarged if more than 1/-1.5 cm

Hello 👋 Yes it is present in every individual both adults and children It is enlarged due to many reasons - infection, malignancy, secondary to drugs If lymph nodes enlargement is persistent for than 4-6 weeks thn better to consult n get detailed examination for better mangement
