Lumps or warts in fingers

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am hussain and iam an engineer. I travel most often in bike due to my work requirement. I have noticed a red ball point thick bump in my right hand which doenst seem to go away for past 3 weeks. And now i have lumps of size around 0.2 to 0.8 cm spreading in my left hand rapidly . Within a 2 weeks it have increased to 10 . Some of them seems like a small bump and others a good visible lump. What should i do ?
