Hi my son his 4 lumps on his neck and 3 on the other side doc take blood he is now up for a US scan on Friday but am worried for I have not been told any thing and not sure what it could b.

As per your description your son might have developed cervical lymphadenopathy.. commonly occur due to infection/inflammation.. wait for the blood and US reports..
