Simple breast cysts usually don't transform into malignancy. But complex cysts with solid components do carry a risk of underlying malignancy. Regular self breast examination with screenings can be helpful if in doubt of malignancy. If cysts are recurring even after 2x aspirations then needs excision. Fibrocystic changes are a quite common condition in female breasts. Visit your nearest surgeon for further evaluation and treatment. Thank you

Greetings! Fibrocystic changes are cyclical changes in breast tissue as a response to hormone fluctuations during menstrual cycle. As of now the ultrasound report is benign in nature. These changes usually present with lumps in breast and sometimes associated with pain during menstruation. Advice is to learn and conduct self breast examinations to look for any sudden abnormal increase in lump size or any separate appearance of a big lump. As with the risk patterns : If there are no cancer patients in your family*, annual examination by a surgeon and repeat ultrasound when in doubt on surgeons examination as a follow up will do. If there are cancer patients in your family*, do a tissue biopsy from the lesion and followup. (*Family - siblings, mother, mother’s siblings and their daughters) Thank you!
