Lump with pain near inner thigh crease

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Red lump with pain near the crease area of inner thigh and external private area. And no sign of pus on the outside or the centre of the lump. It also hurts when i walk. How can i treat it. Attached picture depicting the area where it is. The blue marking shows the position of lump. Please let me know soon. Thanku
