Lump under skin near vagina

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have 2 small lumps under the skin . One is just outside the vagina and other one is on inner side of thigh ( near vagina) It's been weeks and it's not going. Please suggest which doctor should I consult. Gynecologist or dermatologist

Gynaecologist,u may take a course of Medicines both Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory to resolve this issue ,and apply furacin ointment down there .
