Lump on the lower side of the bump
My brother had a fever a week ago and later he observed a lump ( medium size) which is causing severe pain and discomfort in sitting & while going motion ( we're not sure if it's a heat boil ). we have consulted a general physician got medical advice with medication but still no progress and he is experiencing severe pain and unable to decide if it's serious and needs any treatment and not even sure who is the suitable doctor to treat it. Any suggestions for curing it would be highly helpful and appreciated thank you in advance

Kindly go for a MRI pelvis as it could be gluteal or perineal abscess. You have to visit a general surgeon for this. Right now do sitz bath thrice daily with betadine lotion.
