Hey, just was laying in bed and found a small lump just the left side of my jaw line, in pretty tender, doesn’t move and has just given me a shock.

You seem to have palpated submandibular lymph node which are usually bigger in size because of childhood infections and sometimes ongoing oral or dental infections. Usually no treatment is required and it's considered normal
