Lump near anal area
I suddenly observed lump near my anal outer area. I was little constipated due to medication for 2 days. Is this because of that or something else.

These are sentinel piles and external haemorrhoids. These are quite common with constipated habit.
Next Steps
Consume  fibre rich food. Plenty of fluids. Sitz bath. Use laxatives. Ointment Diltiazem per ano. Can consult general surgeon.

It looks like the big swelling is prolapsed hemorrhoid & other small swelling is skin tag which looks like infected.did u have any bleeding and constipation previously  then it confirms the diagnosis .
Next Steps
The plan is take a General surgeon opinion to confirm diagnosis. u have to take sitz bath which is take a tub of warm water and have to sit in it  for 15-20 mins .u have to sit post passing stools compulsorily. if u are a working women morning 2 times before work & after work. oint. anobliss for local application. laxatives syp.lactulose 15-20 ml at hour of sleep ; U should completly avoid straining during stools. plenty of fluids 3-4 lit daily consume fruits and vegetables. add curd in your diet which improves your gut bacteria . u can take prebiotic also

Good evening , Please describe if u have any pain in that area ? And if u have any complaints of bleeding ? One of the lesion looks like a skin tag and another one seems like a haemmorhoi .
