I have lump in my throat and there is some sort of swelling in throat but I have no pain in swallowing and when I press it I have some sort of pain. So plz recommend me something

You seem to be having enlargement of right submandibular salivary gland. It can occur because of stone in its duct or because of infection. You may need to undergo ultrasound of neck and fine needle aspiration cytology for confirmation of diagnosis
