  4. Lump in testis. Next course of action?

Hello Doctor, I have been facing discomfort in testes for one month and when i checked them left one is normal but feels weird and on the right one I can feel a lump on the bottom side not on front or sides, not hard but it makes me worried. Pls tell me the next course of action?
