  4. Lump in neck. What it may be?

Lump in neck
I have small lump on my neck exactly below the ear and it's size is within 2cm .. and it's been there from past 8 months.  What it may be ? I had showed to my physician and he prescribed tablets and gargle with salt water.  But unfortunately due to official work had to travel on site and could not take medicine..
