According to your complaints....homoeopathic constitutional medicine is best effective.
You will get best result with homoeopathic constitutional medicine because I had cure many similar cases.
A persistent lump in front of the ear that has been present for more than a year — especially if it is now around 2 cm and painful — should not be ignored, even if someone earlier told you it was nothing serious.
This area contains the parotid gland, lymph nodes, and ear canal structures, so the swelling may be related to any of these.
Homoeopathy can help in reducing chronic glandular swellings and recurrent inflammation, but it must be selected after a detailed case-taking—not blindly, without diagnosis.
If you want, you can share your reports once they are done, and I can guide you further on the safest treatment plan.
Next Steps
You need a proper evaluation by an ENT specialist with:
Ultrasound of the parotid region / pre-auricular area
If needed, FNAC (fine needle aspiration test) to understand the exact nature of the lump
Basic blood tests to rule out infection or inflammation
In homeopathy medicines are there .
First your pain will get reduced ..
Next lump has infection ..it will get clear gradually and reduce in size ..consult me in practo online consultation..

lump in front of the ear can be due to a sebaceous cyst or an inflamed lymph node, especially if it appeared after an ear issue. Since it is painful and increasing in size, it should be evaluated properly.
You can consult me online with a clear picture of the lump for accurate guidance and treatment.
Hai,
From your narration, it is said thatlump appeared after ear wax removal and size is increasing....The most probable cause is sebaceous cyst.
If the size of lump is increasing and decreasing occasionally, then its lymphnode.
Lump with occasional discharging is preauricular cyst.
Needs exact symptoms and picture for exact diagnosis. Painful lump definitely needs medical need.
Just consult me online for proper diagnosis so instructions can be given accordingly.

Hello,
I completely understand why you are feeling worried any swelling near the ear that continues for more than a year and causes pain definitely deserves proper attention.
In many cases, a swelling in front of the ear (2 cm, painful, hard) can be related to:
Blocked or inflamed salivary gland (parotid area)
Chronic infection or inflammation after ear manipulation or wax cleaning
Sebaceous cyst or lymph node enlargement
Jaw joint (TMJ) involvement, which can also radiate pain to the ear
Occasional parotid gland issues especially if swelling increases while eating
A cyst that has slowly enlarged over time
It is important to understand that not all hard swellings are dangerous, but a swelling that has stayed for 1.5 years and is painful now should be properly evaluated. Government hospitals often do a quick check, however, they may not perform detailed assessment unless symptoms are severe.
To guide you correctly, you need:
A careful clinical examination
Understanding when the pain increases (chewing, touching, sleeping, cold air, etc.)
Assessment of the swellingâs size, depth, and whether it is mobile or fixed
Possible need for a soft-tissue scan if required
Most importantly, please donât panic. Many such swellings are benign (non-dangerous) and are treatable without surgery when addressed in the right way.
I deal with many similar cases in my clinic in Bangalore through gentle, non-invasive homeopathic treatment, which helps in:
Reducing pain
Softening and shrinking the swelling
Treating the root inflammatory cause
Preventing recurrence
For an issue like yours, it is important to speak once and review your symptoms in detail. I can guide you step-by-step, review your pictures, and give you a proper treatment plan so your anxiety comes down.
