I wish to know if there is any cure for ear infection like bone erosion in the ear with the suspect of chronic mastoiditis or granulation in the ear or cholesteatoma? Infection was there in the ear almost a month back with pain, but now it is not there. I'm just able to see granule like or polyp type thing in front of the ear, and there is no as such discharge also. Only in the morning, little white puss I saw but that too only 2 days, but after that it gets normal after some time.
Please suggest if there is a cure for this in homeopathy and what the next step should be.
Thank you for your help in advance.

Chronic ear conditions like suspected mastoiditis or cholesteatoma require proper evaluation, but homeopathy can help in managing symptoms like discharge, infection, and granulation. Remedies like Merc sol, Silicea, or Kali bich may be considered after detailed case-taking.
Please consult for a complete assessment before starting treatment.
Your symptoms suggest a possibility of chronic ear infection with either mastoiditis, granulation tissue, or early cholesteatoma, especially with a history of pus and bone erosion. These conditions can silently progress, even without pain or discharge, and may cause long-term damage if untreated.
Next Steps
A complete ENT evaluation is essential, including an ear endoscopy and HRCT temporal bone scan, to confirm the diagnosis. Early intervention can prevent hearing loss or complications.
Health Tips
Homeopathy may offer supportive care in chronic inflammation, polyp formation, or post-infection recovery, but surgical or antibiotic treatment may still be necessary depending on the extent of damage. Please consult an ENT specialist first for a definitive diagnosis before starting homeopathic treatment.
