My grandfather has a gangrenous foot since last week..on lowerlimb scan there is >90 percent narrowing n blood flow reduction in ATA n PTA.he has a history of MI and stroke..what can be the best treatment option?is angio can be done?

If there is frank gangrene, one would go for amputation
It is better to be evaluated for pulsations in major blood vessels from a vascular surgeon.
If major blood vessels are not felt
CT angiography will be helpful
If major vessels are blocked, one may get stenting done to prevent major gangrene of leg.
At some places angioplasty of small vessels are being done
