LRTI infection in a 2yr child
My baby having severe LRTI Since 4 days, wheezing sound in chest, severe dry caugh ,runny nose, baby is very sleepy. i had given her azithromycin100 4 days, levocetrigine monteleucast syrup but no relief. what will i do
