My 2 year child(weight 12kg) was suffering from wheezing cough and cold and fever as well 5 days ago...I have given to him
Syp augmentin 457...2ml BD
Syp MONTICOPE - 2.5 ml HS
SYP AMBRODIL S - 2ML BD
STEAM ASTHALIN RESPULE
CALPOL SYP (SOS)
Now fever is settled but wheezing problem and mild cough is persistent antibiotic course has completed what should I do...

Keep going with the nebulisation as advised.
Cough and wheezing usually improve last — this is normal.
In a bigger child like yours (12 kg), some mild wheezing-like sounds are may be due to upper respiratory sounds review needed.
Ambroxil may trigger cough so stop it and stick to nebulisation only. Or other asthalin syrups adviced by doctor ,In next visit.
Plan another review visit with the doctor to check progress.
Everything is settling in the expected way — just stay consistent with the nebuliser. Clean nebuliser very well .Baby will be fine soon!
