Lower backpain
I have chronic backpain. Found Spondylolysis L4-5 in MRI report and found disc herniation also. After 2 months take X ray found spondylolisthesis. I am working as engineer and heavy weight lifting in job. Doctor said me to do Surgery.

You have listhesis at L4-L5 and its significant for surgry this may cause more instability to spine . Disc bulge is prbobly due to listhesis. U must have tried conservative management. And physiotherpy. If u find a good more than 60-70  % relief then we can wait for surgery. If u experience pain in legs or weakness or urine or bowel opening difficulty then surgery now is mandatory.  Even now and after surgery u cannot lift weight as it may lead to failure of surgery or any other prblm.  U need to avoid weight lift , forward bending , sitting on ground , etc.

There is obvious instability in your xrays...not that everybody need surgery but am afraid not many permanent non surgical measures at your disposal now. Continue medications and physiotherapy..if severe disability and weakness sets in then dont wait and see a ortho-spine surgeon at earliest. Kindly don't hate for surgery. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plgus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. Hello, You don't need surgery as of now... Take Tab Etova MR 40 twice daily for 10 days after meal tab Pan 40 once daily before breakfast for 5 days tab Chymoral forte one tablet three times daily before meals for 5 days Hot water fomentation
