Lower back, somewere in middle
I feel lower back pain normally after evening after a long sit in office. I have already shown it to doctor he says do yoga and exercise and it will be ok. I did the same for a years some time after a gap not regularly but not good results. 1.5 years ago it was more pain now bearable but I think if I don't take care of it it will cause more probelm. Please suggest
