Lower back pain
Lower back pain since 1 year. Feels something frozen in left side of lower back.I can stand run work but can't sit for long time e.g 3 4 hrs.I used to study fur 12 to 14 hrs sitting.

Physio is the best treatment. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
