Lower back pain
I have immense lower back pain for last 2 days...facing trouble in bending and getting up when i try to lay down or getup..i did some gym for past few days..skipped on sunday..went to sleep and from monday morning i am having a stiff lower back with pain while moving...i used moov and other fast relief cream/spray but its giving very minor relief...dont know its because of lifting weights or wrong sleeping posture..

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --.
