Lower back pain
I have been experiencing lower back pain for some weeks. It had been cured apparently by a shot of injection but again after a workout session the pain has relapsed. The pain is evident mainly when i bend my back. The portion above the hip is the main  region where the pain is centered. The pain often increases after exercising. What might be the problem and Should I be concerned? P.S. I sit in front of laptop a lot so the posture might also add to the pain.

Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Back muscle strengthening exercise is the key.
