Hello
There could be many reasons of backache. Mostly now a days it's because of unhealthy lifestyle, insufficient muscle strength and heavy work. This all will lead to poor biomechanics that will ultimately cause you pain. Your problem seems to be acute and muscular, please visit your nearby physiotherapist so that he/she assess you and can rule out exact cause of your pain.
