Lower back pain
Hello doctor I gave birth through c section...now my baby was 3 months old... form 2nd month of my baby..I started pumping... due to sitting many hours for pumping..I got pain at my lower back. I stop pumping and give formula for my baby ..it is very severe... and my ortho doctor suggest  pain killers mediation inflammation medication....2 months completed.. It's not cure  doctor suggest MRI...on that I shows.. diffusion disc bulge at L4.L5 level causing anterior intentation. I can't even hold my baby at least 5 minits...of I hold more time my back is very hurting and numbness in my right buttock Is it cure or not Does pain killers is safe for me

Hello . I understand the difficulty and pains you are going through . The emotional and mental stress you would be in. As per your MRI report it's a mild bulge but you seem symptomatic. Paracetamol would be a safe pain killer when you are feeding.
Next Steps
I suggest you also try physio therapy for some relief. Please also have your vitamin d profile done.
