Lower Back pain
My friend has lower backpain since 2-3 last month. His lower back X-ray shows his vein damage but dr. told him that there is gap difference in his lower back bone. what should he do for quick recovery.

Have you stopped bending forward?? Even for picking up piece of paper , if yes then the pain will continue, you have to stop bending and sitting on ground for atleast 6 weeks for the disc to heal And yes, to see the disc and nerve (not vein) MRI is required

So next step is MRI if after taking medicines physio and all precautions the pain is not relieved
