Lower Back Pain
Got a severe pain due to lifting of heavy luggage during tour. Stiffness , limited movement, couldn't walk properly. And pain is really severe. 10 days ago , I consluted a doctor and prescribed MYOTOP DSR. How much time it normally takes to get rid out of this ? What are the DO's and DONT's. ?

Hi, if there is no leg pain- back pain alone will settle with physio and you need to do back muscle strengthening exercises once pain is controlled. Drink plenty of water to prevent injury to your disc due to dehydration. When you are bending over , bent with your hips and knees rather with your back. Hope this helps. Go to physio for IFT today for 5 days
