Lower back pain and shoulder pain
Hello, few months back i think i was lifting heavy weight in gym doing sitting shoulder press and i felt pain in lower lower back. Due to that i left gym and after that I feel that pain every now and then. Mostly while bending down. About shoulder pain it is probably due to the long hours sitting in front of a computer on a chair. My main question here is.. Do i have muscular pain in lower back or spinal pain? Should i go for physiotherapy or get xray done? Is this something related to survical? Please suggest treatment accordingly I hope to go to gym in Future.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

You need to go for a proper physiotherapy assessment to know what exactly is the problem and how bad it is , there could be disc bulge causing discomfort in the back and you could be having some postural issue due to long hours of sitting in front of the computer, so best would be to undergo few sessions of therapy and as per the advice can continue gym but with proper care and precaution..
