Lower & upper back and knee pain
I have lower & back pain from last one year..also right knee pain from last 6 month.
I have done xray and all things r normal. I have visited multiple big hospital and used their advise to have medicine ,.do physiotherapy IFT and regular exercise for strengthens lower back muscles. But nothing is helping me.
I live in Bangalore near panathur.
Please guide me how to overcome from these issues.
