Lower abdomen pain

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have been lower abdomen pain since 1 week and the pain is heavy though my menes is regularly and dug reports is okk.i ate pimolut N in some month and I had an abortion also in the month of May 2017.why it is happen please suggest me?I can't tolerate the Pain?
