Low WBC today
Hello Doctor, I lost my WBC after doing ciprofloxacin course for 7 days. Earlier it was 5850 and  today I got 4800. What can be the reason? How can I make it back to normal? Thanks

The reason is that your infection is cured. The WBC count will rise again when you get some other infection.

The clinical situation needs to be understood. You may be having a viral infection or something like enteric fever. Unless proper history is known can't comment
