For your high triglycerides and GERD, the following dietary changes can help: Indian Food Options: Low-fat dairy: Opt for skimmed milk, curd, and paneer. Whole grains: Include oats, barley, and quinoa to help lower triglycerides. Fruits and Vegetables: Apples, pears, carrots, and leafy greens (spinach, methi) can aid in digestion and reduce GERD symptoms. Healthy Fats: Include nuts (almonds, walnuts), seeds (flaxseeds, chia seeds), and healthy oils like olive oil and mustard oil. Lean Protein: Opt for fish like salmon, or plant proteins like lentils, chickpeas, and tofu. Avoid spicy, fried, or acidic foods: These can worsen GERD.

Hi Good evening! I'd like to know if you have any health issues or if you are taking medicines or supplements to recommend the right supplement. In general, you can take up to 500mcg a day for a month. However, consult a doctor for your foot pain to rule out any other issues. And confirm the dosage + duration.
