Low vit b12 and low vit d3
My vitamin b12 is 170 and vitamin d3 is 14 so doctor advice me for medicine but that is not sufficient for me thus doctor tell me to eat vit b12 and vit d3 foods so please suggest me good source of foods as i am pure vegetarian

You have to continue  medication Take milk and milk products for vit d and go in  sunlight for 15 to 20 in morning time For B12 take non veg n eggs With that do some exercise For Cutsamised diet plan chat directly and provide your full information like diet recall, eating habits, likes, dislikes, height,weight etc.  We need all this information
