Hi doctor. I have married since 3 years. I don't have proper sexual desire from marriage onwards. Due to that during sex with my partner I am unable to ejaculate sperm naturally. But if I do masturbation or stimulate penis with hand I am able to ejaculate sperm and do sex. But in that way till now I am unable to have child.
