Low platelet count
Upon random blood test, we found that my wife has 160000 platelet count. Should we go for further tests. She was feeling fatigue also for some days and a red patch on skin. Otherwise she is feeling fine . No fever or infection or pain. Her vitamin D is also at 18 level.

Hello, Fatigue may be due to dehydration/anemia. Platelet counts may be rechecked 2-3 days later.
Next Steps
If repeat test shows low levels of platelets, further investigations would be needed to find out the cause of low platelets. May consult me directly for further management.
