Low platelet count

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Iam male 29 years old. My platelet count always low like sometimes 117000. Recently i have checked 100000 only. Iam getting feverish,chill, tiredness. Is this because low platelet count.please advice which specialist doctor need to consult. Attached recent platelet count report.
