Low milk supply
My baby is almost 1 month old. She fed formula milk coz i don't have enough milk supply. I used manual breast pump but only 3 to 4 spoon milk is coming. How can i increase my breastmilk.

Exclusive breast feeding means only your milk should be given.If u started formula milk slowly stop and help baby to latch.As much as it sucks milk increases naturally.Healthy fruits and green vegetables should be taken.

u cn take galactagogues and high protein diet..
u need to latch the baby..
the more u latch the more milk ll come..
u cn take galact powder 2 tsf thrice daily in milk.
