Low Menstrual Flow
Myself aged 34 and my wife (1.5 yrs. my junior, Ht. 5'2", Wt. 61) have recently started trying for pregnancy after consultation with our gynaecologist. Since commencement of trying, both of us (obviously, my wife especially) have also started taking extra precautions while daily chores, movement and functioning. Last week, whilst doing household work, my wife jumped once (with moderate force) from the bed onto the floor. The bed height 2-2.5 feet from floor. Her periods have occurred exactly on date this month (21st November), but the flow is quite low. The colour of menses is bright/dark red, the consistency is sticky/mucosy. Flow is occuring mostly during urination. She is currently preparing for two upcoming govt. jobs and is under quite a lot of stress due to the same. Today is the 4th day and the nature of flow is still the same as described. Is this periods, or implantation bleeding? Is stress the cause? Can one jump cause miscarriage or affect a foetus (if conceived at all)?

It is not possible to tell from nature of bleeding whether it is implantation bleeding or periods You have to get UPT done once periods are missed This reduced flow can be due to stress or hormonal imbalance which needs to be investigated
