Low lying placenta
I did my scan in the 13th week for NB NT. Everything was fine but the placents is developing along posterior wall, extending into lower segment, covering the internal os. Now i am in 14th week

Not to worry . In the first trimester almost 20 % placenta are low lying but at term it’s only 2% . So just watch for any bleeding
