Low iron and transferrin saturation.
My mother is a patient of diabetes and blood pressure, she takes medicine if it. Currently in regular check up, iron  -  30 (ref range 33-193), TIBC -  620 (ref range 250-450), UIBC -  590 (ref range 135 - 392) Transferrin saturation - 4.93 (ref range 14-50). ESR -  24 (ref range 0-19) Haemoglobin 10.4 (ref range 12-15) RBC - 3.7 (ref range 3.8-4.8) MPV, PDW and PLCR is also high. Please see the report and reply Other parameters of LFT, KFT, CBC are normal.

It is most likely a case of iron deficiency. A detailed history of the case is needed to ascertain anything. Since all the parameters are deranged it is most likely a chronic case. There is no evident sign of any infection. This may be fine after we take care of the deficiency. Consult at your convenience.
