Hi Doctor,
My nephew often gets fewer and cough, everytime we visit a doctor he says, like my nephew is weak and low immunity,

Fever is no sign of low immunity. On the contrary it is sign of his body trying to combat infective intrusion in body. An immuno deficient person like HIV patient does not have that power to fight even trivial infections and lands directly in to serious pneumonias. Your nephew might be exposed to polluted environment and allergic to to certain allergens. His body may be hypersensitive to those allergens and resultant interactions repeatedly cause cough and fever. Try to identify the causative factors and keep him away from them.
