Low hemoglobin
I am trying for pregnancy and have done a blood test. My hemoglobin count came to be 11.9. Thyroid is 4.6. Is this low hemoglobin concerning? My doctor said it's ok and gave me diet. But is it due to some disease. I heard in cancer hemoglobin level is low. So tensed
