Low hemoglobin ,constipation and acidity
I have lot of burping if I eat or drink anything I'll burp and by evening I'll bloat and I cannot completely empty my bowels this problem is from February and my hemoglobin has comedown to 11.3 last year it was 12.5 and I feel tired when I climb stairs r they related in any means how to correct my problem

Tierdness might be due to lower haemoglobin count. Try astachoorna 5gms with buttermilk twice daily just before food. Have some fruits and dry fruits ur on rich foods Try this fir 1 month... If no chance contact back on call.

This problem is due to constipation and Anxiety.

take panchsakar churns two tsf at bed time . take gasex tablet 2 BD after meal. avoid fatty and spicy diet. take full sleep at night 7 to8 hours daily. do yoga kapalbharti andanulom vilom pranyam up to 15 minutes each daily morning and evening daily.

Hello Ma'am,U r suffering from Pitta vikar, Take Triphala( Himalaya) 3 tabs at night for 3 days,Drink SAUNF Ajwayan boiled and cooled water thrice a day,Drink coconut water pomegranate juice etc Avoid sour curd Kadi spicy food cold drinks etc, Take Tab Amlant Maharshi Ayurveda 2 tabs bid after meals
