I am having fibroid due to which suffering from heavy bleeding..my hemoglobin is now 5.50..can the hemoglobin rise without blood transfusion

According to my opinion you have to immediately take consultation. Because Haemoglobin level is very low. You have to take proper treatment. If you don't want to take blood transfusion then there is also some alternatives. Proper treatment+ proper diet will increase your Haemoglobin.

Yes hemoglobin can be raised without blood transfusion but it takes time one gm will be raised in one month by medicine :- first take one albendazole once a week :- start 2 table spoon of Gasex syrup( himalaya Company)tds(after breakfast, lunch,dinner) :-2 table spoon of liv 52 syrup BD(after breakfast and dinner) Add these daily in your daily diet:- :-One kiwi and one pomegranate daily Half beetroot (boil it one minute in water) eat beatroot in sald and drink that water  daily Or One glass juice of beetroot+pomegranate+amala+radish If you do this for one month then one or 2 gm will be raised :- have you any kind of veginal watery discharge?

Take inj orofer fcm 1g with vit b12, later inj orofer fcm 500 mg after a month, hemoglobin will rise but very slowly. It might take 2 3 months.
