Low HCT, MCV and high MCHC
Hi, I got my CBC test and in the report it is stated that my HCT is 35.1% (req 36-46), MCV is 77.7 (req 81-101), MCHC is 35.8(req 32.5-34.5). Is it anything to be worried ? If so, what precautions are to be taken, are any further tests needed ? I got this test done as I got my periods so early, frequent weakness and paleness. I got all pf these after I suffered from depression as I lost my father in January and that resulted in lack of sleep, low appetite. But I'm totally out of it now. I'm emotionally totally normal now. But I assume that effected me physically. What precautions or treatment is needed? Thank you
