You should be investigated for Diabetes. Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical consultation and proper treatment. The initiation of treatment for Diabetes should not be by tele-consultation.

Your hba1c is high .please do FBS ,ppbs too . Are you already on diabetic medication if not you might need to start . Have diabetic diet . Take walks for 30mins . Your muscle spain and vibrations might be due to high sugar . Please consult with a diabetologist.
Hb 12.1 is ok . Just include iron rich food in diet
I understood your concern and noted the problem as well .I need to ask few more details to make a diagnosis and start treatment and advice which suits you. Pl consult me on Practo , so that I can help you better.book a time slot as per your convenience for consultation.
Your Hb level 12.1 is not significantly low and no treatment is required for that.
Iron richvfood will be good improve iron level.
BP is also acceptable as far as age is concerned.
However HbA1c is high and clinically significant. Need treatment and regular follow up . Get FBS, PPBS also done. Life style modification including diabetic diet is must.
