Cap fesovite one at night for two months. Folic acid 5 mg twice a day after food for two months. This will increase hb by 2 gm%

Your Hb is low along with low MCV and low MCHC most likely due to iron deficiency.. please take iron rich foods like beetroot, jaggery etc.. consult me for more details regarding RDW and any other query

Not much to worry. Take iron rich diet such as green leafy vegetables carrot, beetroot, jaggery etc When haemoglobin will come normal more of the other parameters will also come normal.
