Low grade fever with heavy head. Normal.

Sir it was a normal working day in ofc, when I suddenly experienced chakkar like symptoms, with sweating and breathlessness. After that, I have been experiencing a low grade fever, which is negative on thermometer, but my head and eyes feel hot. My head is constantly heavy, with little feeling of breathlessness. It has been 8 days now, but heavy head has not subsided. I also have little nausia buy not vomitted yet. My complete body aches with legs paining more. Now on this I am on medication from an MBBS doctor. Only thing I am worried about is nipah. I come in contact with people of kerala seldom. Although none of them are showing any symptoms. My blood report show eosinophilia and ESR 13. Kindly guide, as I want to fend it off in early stages whatever infection it is. Rest my blood reports are normal.
