Low grade fever and cough, throat pain
Dear doctors, I am suffering with fever and cough and chest pain with sometimes breathlessness from the last 20 days. My fever range is 98.1 to 99.4 alternate days my fever is around 99.0 I went to government hospital for covid test and it is negative. I am in home isolation now. I am not getting why I am getting fever continuously. There doctors prescribed the following medicines Oseltamvir 75 mg Azythromycin 500 mg Levocytrizin Paracetamol 650 I consulted one MD he told that I have lung infection. Is fever and chills common in lung infection ? Please help
