Low breast milk supply during periods

My baby is 3.5 months old. I got my periods yesterday. I am suffering from low breast milk supply. Please advice on how to increase breastmilk supply instant. Baby is becoming fussy.

Hello, instant doesn't work in medical field dear. U can start with dietary supplements like plenty of fluids (atleast 3 litres), Jeera /azwain pani. And start with Lactonic granules 2 teaspoons in one cup of milk three times a day. U should correct your diet first. And frequent latching to baby is advisable
