Low bp and fatigue
I am a 24 year old lady. I have low bp - last recorded yesterday as 83/67. I am often tired and used to be anaemic. Now my levels are at border level. I yawn often and also feel a dull but very uncomfortable pain when lying on my chest or on bringing my arms together. I think the pain is mostly in my sternum.
I do not seem to have any cardiac abnormality that can be detected through a steth. What could this be?
